Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Kapamilya Foods. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

We currently ship to all 50 US States. All received orders are processed and ships out within 24-48 hours. 

If we are experiencing high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or SMS. 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We currently charge $11.99 for flat rate shipping cost via USPS or FedEx Ground. FedEx and USPS provide estimated delivery time. When your order is shipped, an order update will be sent to you via text or email with a tracking number. You may track your order via the FedEx or USPS website. Please allow some time for the tracking number to update.
